Denture stomatitis is caused by a yeast or fungus called Candida. We all naturally have Candida in our mouths. However when the mouth is healthy, the fungus does not result in an infection. Denture stomatitis appears as a red area of tissue underneath the denture.

Temporary abutments and 20/45 degree UniAbutments: 15 Ncm Atlantis abutments; ZirDesign, TiDesign, CastDesign abutments: X-Small (3 mm): 15 Ncm; Small (3.5/ 4.0 mm): 20 Ncm; Large(4.5/ 5.0 mm): 25 Ncm

Direct, Ball, Locator abutments: 25 Ncm


17 and 30 degree Multi-unit abutments; abutments for NobelActive 3.0: 15 Ncm
All other abutments: 35 Ncm


All abutments: 35 Ncm
