At Pacific Northwest Periodontics and Implant Dentistry we take great pride in offering our patients a variety of treatment options that meet their unique needs and budgets.  

Our patients are always provided with an estimate of treatment costs of the various treatment options, before any treatment is ever provided.  

As a courtesy we help file dental insurance claims and work with our patients’ insurance carriers in order to maximize insurance reimbursement.  However we never allow arbitrary insurance rules or limitations to affect patient care or the therapy we provide.  

We work with the dental insurance carriers to provide a good faith estimate of insurance coverage.  We ask our patients to only pay the difference between the insurance estimate and our fee, at the time of service.  Any overpayments are refunded promptly when payment has been received form the insurance carrier.

As a courtesy we will assist you to find financing that fits your budget. We work with multiple health care financing companies and have multiple options to help meet your budget needs.

 Insurance Information

Our insurance coordinators deal with many different insurance companies. Some companies offer many different dental and medical plans and often combine dental and medical coverage. Some insurance companies change policies and guidelines weekly.  As a courtesy, we ask that you keep us informed of any change to your insurance.

Private & Group Insurance

As a courtesy, we will file your insurance claims for you. Upon receipt of an insurance payment, any balance due will be billed to you. If you have deposited an excessive co-payment, it will be refunded to you.
